If you truly want to get this country moving again, simply by legalizing drugs you can kill the drug market. Because of the attacks toward the suppliers of drugs, it keeps creating greater prices based on the amount of danger moving drugs.
As for the revenue used by the DEA, we the people want it placed into the Department of Education, the first step to fixing America is to give our school systems more money so our kids will not grow up to be crooks and drug addicts, just look at legal drug countries, much lower crime and no abuse.
