Huntsville, TX. Hispanic man sentenced to death for 1994 capital murder in san antonio; arrested in Dallas, TX, gets capital sentence or death penalty, scheduled for execution today.
I do understand that these people are criminals, but, think about this, who's the worst criminal, law enforcement officials or criminals already paying for their own actions, before the arrest.
We, the people, need for law enforcement agencies to consider life in prison for killers and kidnappers, not doing what these criminals did before prosecution on the court.
Overcrowded prisons cannot be an excuse for dead row, just transfer certain amount of prisoners to another prison, so easy.
sign an executive order to abolish death sentence, and get both congress and Senate to pass this bill.
