Tax payers have to pay for housing these inmates.It is unconstitutional for the government to deny you of your civil liberties.This country was built on an idea that was about freedom,happiness and prosperity.Prohibition does NOT work we've already proved this.During that time period we had the biggest Criminal Organizations if you will,such as Al Capone.If we stop drug prohibition it will kill the cartel's money because drug's will become more accessible.We can then turn these substances into economical revenue.By industrializing the distribution creating millions and millions of jobs.Must have age limit!
