Who are we to decide someone's time of death? The death penalty, or capital puishment, is unnecessary and does not solve any problems. The death pealty is causing innocent people to lose their life. Detectives will find more evidence and realize they executed the wrong person in some cases. If the death pealty was abolished problms like that could be solved. Also, the deth penalty is the easy way out for the criminal. The capital punishmt fails to rehabilitate. How can they learn from their mistake if they are executed? The capital punishmet is also morally incorect. Crimials know they could recive that possible punishment and that wont stop thm from comitting the crime. So what positive purpose is the deaath penalty serving?
