The Constitution of the United States does not give the ability to regulate education to the Federal Government. and so by the tenth amendment to the constitution that power lies in the states and the local governments.
So we urge the Obama administration to abolish the Department of Education and repeal No Child Left Behind (And all other federal legislation regarding education).
