Abolish dress code that removes expression of an individual in public schools.

The United States of America was founded on liberty of all man. Regardless of age every person deserves the right of freedom of expression. We must allow the young people of America to express themselves any way possible. I understand that there has to be a censor to keep clothing appropriate, but strict rules which involve the parents to buy expensive attire is unacceptable. I also understand that bullying can be an issue. However if we have to preserve anything in our time on this planet it must be freedom. After all you can't kill a tree by cutting off it's leaves, so to stop bullying we have to find out the underlying problems and fix them. Blocking freedom of expression will not end bullying, it will just sprout it in another area.
