Abolish the E B T debit card program.

Petition to remove the E B T debit card program. Please help bring back the shame and humility of using the food stamps. Currently E B T issues recipients a debit card style payment method. This petition is to force those recipients back onto the paper vouchers and instill a form of per-pressure or shame and humility onto those people. This petition will also ask the government to change where and how the public help can be used. No longer will they be able to use the E B T program at McDonalds or any other fast food establishments, rather they must use the food stamps at national recognized supermarkets. And only be allowed to purchase healthy products as deemed by nutrional values , meaning no coke, pop, beer, wine, twinkies, or any other unhealthy food. Help remove the 47%
