abolish Earned Income Credit or only provide it to people with verifiable dependents (not "nieces/nephews")and income,

I see from the inside what kind of corruption and fraud goes on every day to get the "Earned Income Credit". Identity theft, false "self employed" income, fake dependents, etc. The credit, if necessary, should only go to middle class verified wage earners who actually pay taxes. Also, anyone who gets this large sum of free money should be reported as income to welfare agencies since middle class wouldn't be eligible for services, ie free insurance/food stamps due to income. These fraudulant people file a schedule C claiming they are self employed and claim false dependents so they can get thousounds of dollars. That is not logical at all. STOP GIVING AWAY FREE MONEY!
