The white house should issue a public statement that they believe that the electoral college should be abolished and a new system should be put in place. The statement should say that new system should keep the weighted system in place, of a number of votes from each of the states based on the population, but the votes should only be given once 100% of the states votes are tallied, and must be based solely on the popular vote of the states.
