Hillary Clinton had 233,404 more votes cast for her than Donald Trump. 59,938,290 Popular Votes to Donald Trumps 59,704,886, but she lost the election because of the Electoral College. That means that every vote that was cast for her in the states that went to Trump were thrown away, they DID NOT count. This archaic practice is hurting our country and needs to be abolished immediately.
