This petition is to abolish the Electoral College giving all candidates a fair chance at winning an election. Whether those candidates are Republican, Democrat, or a member of a third party. Each should have an equal chance of winning the presidential election. Currently, 21 states allow Electors to vote however they want, not binding them to how the people have voted. The United States of America is supposed to be a country run by the people, and the electoral college is just one problem preventing that.
