We the people ask the federal government to Propose a new Administration policy:

Abolish the Electoral College.

Created by R.P. on November 12, 2016

The winner of the presidential elections should solely rely on popular vote, and not on Electoral College. The popular vote is what is wanted by the majority of the citizens of America. One of the many jobs of the President and the House of Representatives is to serve the will of the people. The limitation of the Electoral College does not require a change in the constitution, even though there has been changed 10 times since Bill of Rights were ratified. As of November 9, 2016, ten states and the District of Columbia have signed the compact, totaling 165 electoral votes. We are quite close, just in need of making this a national issue, and getting more states involved.
Please join the National Popular Vote Interstate Compact (NPVIC), and abolish the electoral college.
