The Electoral College has long been considered inherently undemocratic as it gives smaller states and swing states disproportionate influence in Presidential elections. It is now being used as a weapon against democracy by those who wish to circumvent the WILL OF THE PEOPLE and manipulate districts with a rush of gerrymandering.
The Electoral College is an obsolete institution and should be abolished. Let the popular vote decide who leads this nation.
