I believe as an American that it is my right to choose our president, not just suggest one. The Electoral College is the institution that elects our president and vice president every four years. American citizens do not have the right to choose our president, instead the Electoral College looks at the popular vote and decides who is going to be president. If they aren't trusting the popular vote, why bother? It is just using tax payers money for nothing. The Electoral College sounds more like an oligarchy than a democracy to me. Do you want the right to vote for president?
