The Electoral College system is an antiquated system that focuses the outcome of the presidential elections to the outcome of only 20% of the states. As such, 4 out of 5 people in the country have virtually no impact on the presidential election outcome.
Every vote, from every individual in every state should count and have an impact on the outcome of the election.
Because it is very rare that the winner of the election does not win the popular vote, this issue should have bipartisan support.
