We want President Obama to draw up or work with Congress to propose legislation abolishing the electoral college and moving to a popular vote for president.
The president is the only office in the nation that any registered voter from any state can vote for. It is only right for the people to choose the president directly, without worry that their vote will be in vein due to gerrymandering and proposed legislation in States such as Virginia and Michigan that would effectively negate the will of the majority of people in their states.
