The Electoral College does not fairly represent the people. Nowhere in the Twelfth Amendment is there a state by state "Winner take all" clause. Although recent attempts have been made to change how the votes are counted, the only true solution is to abolish the Electoral College completely and base elections on a popular vote. With current technologies there is no reason for an electoral college to exist. Each Americans vote should be counted, each voice should be heard.
