Virginia, Ohio, Florida, Iowa, Colorado, Wisconsin and New Hampshire are not the only states that should matter during a presidential election. Each state and each vote should matter equally. The popular vote should decide who wins a presidential election. The majority of the people should decide the win, not the majority of electoral votes.
All Americans deserve equal say in who represents their country. All Americans deserve to have the attention and consideration of candidates hoping to win their vote. The electoral college is an outdated, ineffective, and unfair system that should be abolished.
Every American deserves to have their vote matter. Please address this very real concern and make an effort to propose solutions to it.
