The electoral vote has superseded the popular vote five times in our history! It's exactly like, during a school vote, saying that the slow class only gets 5 votes with 30 members but the honors class gets 30 votes with 5 members. This goes against everything we have been taught. Every vote DOES NOT matter until congress eliminates this process!!
