ABOLISH the ELECTORAL COLLEGE & ESTABLISH THE POPULARITY VOTES TO ELECT THE PRESIDENT IN THE GENERAL ELECTION.

Let's abolish the Electoral College. It doesn't make sense that you can have more "popular votes" than your opponent and lose the Presidential Election. Is this the "democratic model" that the world needs? The Electoral College is an archaic system which was created in the late 17th century and does not represent the "Popular Vote. It is an "Anti-Democratic System". 'Electoral College' was designed during a period in American history women were not allowed to vote, African slaves were considered "commercial property" and not citizens with a right to vote. 'Electoral College' "favored" land owners, property owners, slave owners, slave traders, merchants, ship builders, bankers, and the very powerful. Now "ABOLISH the ELECTORAL COLLEGE" & "ESTABLISH the POPULAR VOTE" to elect the President.
