The electoral college should be abolished so that everyone's vote counts. In democratic states (NY, Cali) a republican vote means nothing. In a republican state (Tx) a democratic vote means nothing and in swing states (Oh, Fl, etc) half of their votes mean nothing. Straight popular vote across board so that 1 person gets 1 vote and the candidate with the most votes wins. Simple and easy.
