The Electoral College System has out-lived it's usefulness and in truth has become an expensive and unnecessary bureaucratic nightmare. In this day and age, we have the technology to literally count ONE PERSON, ONE VOTE and have the election be fair for all. No state would have any advantage over any other, there would no longer be "swing states" or other nonsense. The voting would be done electronically by district just as it is currently done, but NO LONGER would our votes be discounted in an unfair "all or nothing" system statewide. Individual votes would indeed count, and be tallied and sent to the same database centers now in use. Winning would be based on percentage of total votes - with minimum of 51% needed. Highest percentage wins. No more than 3 parties to be on the ballot.
