In a democratic nation, where every person's voice should be heard, there is no room for a system that blatantly supports favoritism.
Everyone's vote should count and the President of these United States should be elected based on popular vote.
The electoral college encourages the abuse of political districts to make a state lean toward a specific goal and this more often than not creates an unfair playing field among voters and promotes the two party system that tears this country apart.
