We The People wish to decide who the president should be by the popular vote not by electoral vote this is an outdated system made when there was little communication between states now that we no longer have this problem it should be decided by majority vote the way our fore fathers wanted it and the way we want it . make every vote count. not by who can play a numbers game and lobby only certain states make them work for our votes. the people have spoken.
