There have instances in our history that the President has been determined by Electorial vote and the "winner" did not have a majority of the Popular vote. This needs to change. We need Presidents elected by the People of the United States and not a select few that supposedly follow the Popular vote. Let's cut out the middle man and let our own votes count.
