Abolish employer-mandated health questionnaires as access gate to health insurance through employer

Our health info is our property as are sovereignty and jurisdiction over it. Having to sacrifice our sovereignty and to surrender our health info to a third party selected by our employers is unconscionable, unpardonable, and has no place in a truly American society. Such third parties are not our healtcare providers and are, in fact, strangers with no entitlement to knowledge of our waist measurements, our previous diagnoses, our emotional issues, our intimate activity, etc. Any society dedicated to the US Constitution, to foundational American precepts, and to our inalienable self-sovereignty would never be able to actually permit such a totalitarian mechanism as said employer-mandated health questionnaires. Health insurance should be purchased via money, not via our rights!
