Abolish expensive higher education tuition, so all Americans will have a brighter future.

The public education system is in need of great change. Students in Middle and High School don't care enough about their futures or to prepare to meet it. By making Higher Education free and the ability to attend depend on ones performance in school over all (and not their socioeconomic status) kids will actually have a deep rooted motivator for putting in some effort. As a teacher in the public school system I can say as much as I love it, that I am concerned for the future of this great county. Many kids give up because there is just not a strong enough motivator to try. They know they can't afford college, and scholarships are few and far between so why try? There is no telling the great minds that have been wasted. Lets give our kids the opportunity to succeed without the weight of $$!
