Abolish extreme partisanship and cronyism in the gov.'s policies, and reduce the power of federal bureaucracies

Ever since the Jefferson presidency, partisan affiliation has plagued the choices made by those in power. All that political parties tend to do is divide the nation over petty issues, most of which are outside the ruling of the Constitution and even the Supreme Court. In a similar fashion, the power of such political entities is enforced through the numerous bureaucracies, none of which are Constitutional.
We, the undersigned, do wish to strenghthen the peoples' choices and personal security, by reducing abolishing Federal Bureaucratic power (such as the FBI, CIA, ATF, and other agencies), and relegating that power to the States rather than the central Gov., and also by rendering factions such as political parties illegal, due to their power to divide our country based on others' opinion.
