Abolish family court within the states

Created by J.S. on November 26, 2013

Under federal order, consideration to abolish the Family Court systems within states for the following reasons:

1. It is costly to the families.
2. Families are vulnerable in the situation and are often taken advantage of (the whole family can become tools of the system).
3. It promotes and dramatizes dysfunction - and produces revenue.
4. It leaves everyone who passes through it - traumatized by exacerbating existing hurts. Pawns.
5. It can highlight church values which are not in alignment with the separation of church & state. This causes yet more pain and isolation to families & children.
6. It promotes poverty & instability.

These same dissolutions and resolvements can be achieved in the Civil Court. Divorce, child support - in the current day of equality is a formula. Simple.
