Abolish the federal Department of Education and allocate the responsibility to each individual state.

The federal government has no constitutional mandate to regulate education. Abolish the department and allocate the powers at the local state level.

Every state has its own separate needs to education and to better serve our future, every state should have its own set of laws and rules.
