The tax code (fiat law) is so convoluted that it stops or slows growth in the small business sector, which in turn stops or slows job creation.
Income tax reflects the attitude most Americans feel Washington DC has towards us: "You [American Citizen] are my [Washington DC] my worker bees; either you pay income tax, or you will be put into a cage paid for by all the other worker bees."
