A petition to request the federal government to uphold the 1945 Congressional Act commonly referred to as the "McCarran-Ferguson Act" which expresses the intent of congress to delegate regulation authority of the business of insurance to the states. This applies to all insurance protections as they relate to the risks of casualties to life, health, and property. Insurance mechanisms are more efficiently regulated within the principle of subsidiarity.
Federal compulsion of citizens to purchase insurance protections for the risks of any casualty (life, health, or property) violates the intent of the McCarran-Ferguson Act.
Abolish Sections 1501 and 5000A of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act that federally mandate "any applicable individual" to purchase minimum health insurance.
