the federal reserve is unconstitutional. It created both the depression of the 1930's, and our present depression. It took congress 230 years to run up a deficit of 14.4 trillion dollars. From 2008-2011, the federal reserve created a debt of 16 trillion dollars, all in secret, with no input or oversight from congress, or taxpayers who will have to foot the bill. A popular Revolutionary War slogan was "No taxation without representation." It seems the American taxpayer is in a similar situation today. If the fed is not ended soon, the US dollar may soon be worth less than the Zimbabwe dollar Ron Paul wrote an excellent book on this subject called "End the Fed"
