In 1913 Woodrow Wilson signed the Federal Reserve Act. This flew in the face of the Constitution because monetary policy and control was now delegated to private interests. The Federal Reserve is no more "federal" then FedEx is "federal". Our forefathers warned us of such treachery; Thomas Jefferson, Andrew Jackson both staked their reputations on fighting the banks. Fractional reserve banking is equivalent to cooking the books if you're a small business owner you go to prison, if you're the Federal Reserve it's considered common place. To these people equals money...money your children and your children's children are on the hook for. It's time we stood up and said no more. So, let us heed Thomas Jefferson's warning and retake control of our monetary policy.
