Abolish the Federal Reserve bank and restore power to coin money to the Congress as well as return to the gold standard.

We the people request that the United States Congress be restored power to coin and print money, as well as regulate the value therof as described in Article 1 Section 8 of the U.S. Constitution. We further petition the Government of the people, by the people and for the people to return the value of our currency to the gold standard. We have proof that the Federal Reserve is the root of the economic crisis and demand sound money. A private bank printing paper currency can only do harm when its value is not attached to something that has intrinsic value such as gold or silver. Please let this petition serve as a notice that we demand sound money and a government that protects its integrity.
