Abolish the federal reserve bank. Give the power to coin and regulate the value of currency back to congress.

The power "To coin Money, regulate the Value thereof, and of foreign Coin, and fix the Standard of Weights and Measures" was specifically given solely to the congress in the constitution. Somehow this power was given away willingly, and signing of this petition will indicate that you would like that power back where it was originally granted. The federal reserve is in fact not a government institution, but a private bank that prints money out of thin air and devalues our currency in the process. The conception of this system was developed in private, by men representing great wealth. One of them later said this, "I do not feel it is any exaggeration to speak of our secret expedition to Jekyll Island as the occasion of the actual conception of what eventually became the Federal Reserve."
