Abolish FEMA, they serve no purpose and are a waste of tax payer dollars. Their response to hurricane sandy and hurricane katrina shows they are incapable of the simplest of duties. We have the American Red Cross and other outlets and means to support our fellow man we do not need another bloated government entity
