Abolish fuel taxes and toll roads. Add a fee of $20 to $50 to the tag fee of all registered vehicles in the United State

There are over 300,000,000 registered passenger vehicles in the United States. This does not include trucks, trailers,etc.. By adding $20 to $50 to the tag fee, that would create over $6 trillion to $150 trillion dollars a year for infrastructure and roadways.
By removing the fuel tax and tolls, individuals will have more money to spend, which should help the economy. Also, with the money coming in for the infrastructure, plenty of jobs will be created.
