Mr. President, please abolish funding for this initiative that does not require teachers to teach History or Science because it robs young people the knowledge of our natural world and history of not only our nation, but the world we live in. You must understand that without science our people will grow up without a understanding of our world, making them more vulnerable, and unintelligent, decreasing our knowledge as a whole and making us the laughing stock of the world. "History tends to repeat itself". You can already see clear examples of that. Without the knowledge of our history as a nation, people will not respect and be thankful for the freedoms we have today. We will not understand how to obtain freedom, and who our national heroes were. Mr. President, we urge you to defund this.
