In 2010 the habitual offender law was deemed unconstitutional.But there are people that are under the habitual law going to jail for years for minor driving offenses and other offenses that are misdeameanors.I would like to abolish the habitual offender law for all just not those committing misdeameanors offenses after the date(2010).The laws should be fair and equal for all.If it was unconstitutional in 2010 it was unconstitutional before or after that date.
