Abolish the Homeland Security Act which strips U.S. Citizens of our basic rights. The verbiage describing what constitutes a citizen being suspected of being a terrorist is ridiculous. The fact that at any moment, for any reason ( they do not have to tell you why you are being retained)' you have no right to legal council, can be held indefinitely with no contact.
If I decide to buy a ton of groceries, lead a PEACEFUL public demonstration against the government or a gambit of other what would otherwise be not only lawful, but harmless activities should not be reason to arrest me.
Also, the government can come into your home without a warrant, without you there as well. We do not live in a police state YET, but we are headed there.
