The 1st Amendment States: Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances. It DOES NOT say anything about freedom to assemble, except when the government says. The 1st Amendment GUARANTEES our freedom to peacefully protest where we choose, regardless of what the secret service says. Stop over riding our freedoms for "security".
