Abolish the Federal, Estate, and Exicse taxes by abolishing enforcement by the Internal Revenue Service.

Implement an 18% national sales tax paid ONLY AT THE RETAIL LEVEL.

100% Exemptions: food from food stores, medical prescriptions, medical care, and housing. Each clothing item up to $600 per item is tax exempt, but the amount over $600 per item is taxed at 18%. Passenger cars receive a $15,000 exemption. These exemptions are for everyone, but especically help the poor.

Commercial Trucks, farm vehicles such as tractors, trucks, and other motor vehicles over 6,000 pounds used in business receive the greater of 50% of the purchase price or $15,000 exemption.

IRS' only function: collect the national sales tax & ensure its compliance.

These sentences would be the entire new tax code.
