With all the loop holes, exemptions, and Tax credits, nobody is paying there fair share. Income Tax has been proven time and again to be a way for the wealthy to cheat and the poor to be given handouts. Replace Income Tax with consumption sales tax which every will pay based on what you consume. Illegals, poor, and wealthy people will be forced to pay their fair share
