The current tax system has been subverted by special interests and is full of loopholes. The current tax code is incomprehensible and wastes everyone's time and money just to file a return each year. We need a fair tax system that is easy to understand and is fair and predictable. Currently burdens on small businesses just in managing the paperwork discourage many from hiring more people. The IRS is crushing the heart of American small business.
