We the people call for the unconstitutional Federal Income tax to be abolished alongside the Internal Revenue Service. The Federal Income Tax is the worst of all taxes because it punishes the savers and the job creators. The implication is that the government owns the lives and property of citizens of the United States and that it has the authority to legally steal and use force. Repeal the 16th amendment which was never properly ratified therefore null and void.
A "heavy progressive or graduated income tax" is Plank #2 of the Communist Manifesto. If this country is to take back its natural rights we must be forever rid of any tax on income as well as the unconstitutional IRS.
