Abolish the IRS and establish a fair and just tax system.

The IRS has become to powerful and to complicated. No one in the IRS can take responsibility for its criminal actions but yet it holds all our citizens financial information. When angered, it can use its power to harass, fine, and even cause financial distress on those who do not cooperate. This is to much power for any one person or entity for that matter. By establishing an IRS that simply collects a flat tax from those retailers who collect it, we can cut down on spending, simplify the tax code, and enforce tax collection without the grey areas that currently exist. Most importantly, confidence would be restored and power would be distributed equally to both sides (tax payer and tax collector).
