Abolish the IRS and institute a flat tax. This allows ALL to be taxed and support federal programs without bias. A flat tax will affect those who have little income the same as those who make millions of dollars per year. Eliminate tax shelters, but keep education credits, education/mortgage interest/medical expense deductions.
