Abolish the IRS, and replace all taxes with a single flat tax of 3% on the sale of food and clothing

Taxes are killing the hard won earnings of every American. The Federal income tax is illegal and this is one of many taxes that are unconstitutional and destructive to the wealth of the middle class and the poor. Many tax dollars ultimately end up in private banks who got us into this economic depression by forcing the tax payer to pay down their bad investments. Enough is enough! Stop the abuse of our hard earned money by abolishing the IRS and instead, replace it with a flat tax on food and clothing. This will stop the criminal banks and criminals in government from abusing our money and give the power of the purse back where it was meant to be; in the hands of the people.
