Abolish the IRS or Reform the tax code

The current Income tax plan is in need of a major overhaul and takes advantage of millions of americans incluing me (who is on a fixed income) to pay ridiculous amounts in taxes and fill out overly complicated forms and takes advantage of people refunds while others pay ridiculous amounts in taxes(some of which we can not afford. i propose we abolish the IRS and the current income tax as it is and replace it with the Fair Tax which in essence is this
